Good Evening..... fellow supporters and champs! I have started calling myself a champ.. as after all today I decided to focus on the totalility of the process and figured that going from 325 to 135 was champion goal... so those few pounds are not gonna disrobe me from my title... just took a little corner time LOL.
Today activities included walking 1/2 mile, then chasing 4 kids around the city park for almost 1.5 hrs. Kept myself busy around house with laundry etc... no sit time.. kept moving.
