Good evening, BOTT friends,
Great to see that the babes are doing well, Tigs.
My day was also quiet. I was going to go fishing tonight, but we had a thunderstorm and I decided not to go even though things are quiet now. Anyhow, my back can't take hauling all my gear, and my fishing buddy was busy tonight. I got my recumbent bike workout in early today (in anticipation of fishing tonight), 45 minutes covering 5.5 miles.
Today I ate:
B: 4 strips turkey bacon, 1 egg, 1 egg white + 1/4 c egg beaters, sandwich thin, 2 tsps light butter sub
S: shake made with vanilla protein, small banana, 2/3 c skim milk
L: 2 ozs plain lean beef burger (no bun nor condiments), small grilled chicken wing (skinless), 1c fresh blueberries
D: Half portion Wendy's berry almond chicken salad with extra 3 ozs grilled chicken breast (total 4 ozs chicken)
S: Quest protein bar
