It's finally summer, a hot and humid day. Great family day, lots of quiet time play, cuddling, reading, napping, as kids continue recovering. Back to work for me tomorrow. Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend, made some good choices with food, fluids, vits, and exercise.

B 1/2 protein coffee
S other 1/2 protein coffee
L tuna with dill pickles, cucumbers with sour cream sauce
S quest bar
D chicken with teriyaki sauce, broccoli
S quest cravings (protein peanut butter cups)

Sleep well all, Monday will be here soon enough!

Good evening, BOTT friends,

 

Great to see that the babes are doing well, Tigs. 

My day was also quiet.  I was going to go fishing tonight, but we had a thunderstorm and I decided not to go even though things are quiet now.  Anyhow, my back can't take hauling all my gear, and my fishing buddy was busy tonight.  I got my recumbent bike workout in early today (in anticipation of fishing tonight), 45 minutes covering 5.5 miles.

Today I ate:

 

B:  4 strips turkey bacon, 1 egg, 1 egg white + 1/4 c egg beaters, sandwich thin, 2 tsps light butter sub

S:  shake made with vanilla protein, small banana, 2/3 c skim milk

L:  2 ozs plain lean beef burger (no bun nor condiments), small grilled chicken wing (skinless), 1c fresh blueberries

D:  Half portion Wendy's berry almond chicken salad with extra 3 ozs grilled chicken breast (total 4 ozs chicken)

S:  Quest protein bar
