Thanks! I did mean myfitnesspal, just got it wrong. Right now I have my cal set at 900. I am going to go back and check them out again. After ur post I think I understand better. I too have been eating lots of veggies and no starch ones. I have been adding tofu to my smoothies as a source of protein but it still isn't enough. Most fruit I have is strawberries, mangos, oranges. I happen to like fish so been eating a lot of that, baked. Oh and you didn't write a novel......I can write a noval, even when I do not intend to. lol Thanks for your help!
