No posts for Sunday, so here's mine....late, but whatever :)
Got my recumbent bike workout done, 60 minutes covering 8 miles. Relaxed and did some reading the rest of the day. Also a little experimental cooking with the Shirataki "Miracle Noodle" miracle rice version. Turned out very tasty, and even though the texture is not "quite" rice-like", it, like the noodles, is a great fake-out. Did a stir-fry with frozen Chinese vegs, and a sauce of rice wine, light soy and hot chili oil. It was great, and the rice, like the noodles, is ZERO calories and
Hey friends, post was cut off. Weird. Yesterday I ate:
B: 4 strips turkey bacon, 1 egg and 1/4 c eggbeaters
L: 3 1/2 ozs low sodium deli ham on sandwich thin, mustard and tomato, 1 c fresh strawberries
S: protein shake made with SF French vanilla International coffee, 10 natural almonds
D: 2 grilled chicken wings (skinless), 1 cup of the above mentioned stir-fry
LNS: 2 1/2 ozs leftover lean beef burger (plain with no bun), 1/2 c strawberries
