Good Morning Botters:
I have spent 3 nights of basically no sleep. Since my surgery, I was on oxycodone for two weeks straight and then went to one pill a day and then 1/2 a pill a day. Saturday, I dropped the 1/2 pill and have not been able to get to sleep before 4 or 5:00 Am each morning. I am wide awake, my legs ache and my compression garment at night feels like it is choking me to death. I sure hope this will be over soon..... My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Quest Brownie Bar
Snack: Quest Peanut Butter Bar
Lunch: 1/2 Turkey Sandwich
Snack: Quest Cookie Dough Bar
Dinner: Chicken Quesadilla
Snack: Grapes
I hope everybody had a safe and wonderful Memorial Day Weekend and that we all remember to thank our vets and soldiers still fighting for us. Don't forget your vits and fluids today.

Been a while since I've had time to post, poor little one awake with another earache so I'm posting while we're rocking, waiting for eardrops and ibuprofen to kick in. I've been doing very well: following low carb plan, 1200 calories, minimum 50 minutes exercise daily, minimum 10 cups fluid a day, taking vits and supplements, logging daily on MFP. Down 29 pounds so far. Dropped below where I was when I got pregnant with my daughter in 2010 and less than 3 pounds to go and I'll be below where I was when I got pregnant with my son in 2008! And I did my first 5k yesterday! Walked it with a bit of jogging and had fun.

Quick post tonight...just got in from fishing (YAY!!) but not much to tell...only small stuff biting where I went tonight. Couldn't really hope for much more since I'm not allowed to lift anyway. My fishing buddy was ready and waiting if I caught "the big one". But nothing's better than reeling it in yourself.
Didn't get my workout in, but moved a whole lot today. I've been running since my feet hit the floor at 5:30 Tuesday am, and it's now almost 3:30 Wednesday am. Today I ate:
B: protein shake made with coffee and 1/4 c almond milk
L: 5 oz lean beef burger on sandwich thin, mustard. 2 tbsp ketchup, dill slices
S: 1c fresh strawberries, low fat string cheese
D: 1c leftover marinara sauce with lean beef, 1/2 c steamed broccoli, 2 tbsps parmesan
LNS: rotisserie grilled hotdog at pier (small, plain, bunless)
