Good evening, BOTT friends,
Checked in earlier today, but saw no postings. I didn't have time to start today's C&C at the time, so here it is tonight. I guess everyone must be enjoying the holiday weekend and, hopefully, nice weather with it.
I missed last night's recumbent bike workout, so I did 2 workouts today, totaling 95 minutes, covering 11.5 miles. I finished with 25 minutes of strength training for my arms. I feel so good tonight, and would love to be out fishing, but still not cleared to do the pulling. Doesn't matter too much this weekend, because the piers are probably loaded with tourists (and locals).

Today I ate:
B: protein shake made w/ SF International coffee, 1 1/2 strips regular bacon (lean part only)
S: 1 c fresh strawberries
L: 4 ozs low sodium turkey breast, sandwich thin, tomato slices, 1 sl American cheese, 1 tsp mayo
S: 1/2 medium sized grilled chicken breast
D: 1 1/2 c marinara sauce with lean beef, onions, peppers, celery, mushrooms (no pasta)
LNS: planning 1 c fresh strawberries
