We had a very stormy night last night with the same system that came through Oklahoma. Thankfully, we did not have any tornados from it. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: Quest Brownie Bar
Snack: Fiber Bar
Dinner: Hamburger Steak with Green Beans
Snack: SF Vanilla Pudding
I am still praying for all the victims and their families at Moore. Such a terrible lost in that community.
I hope you each have a wonderful day and hug your love ones. Don't forget about taking your vits and fluids.
Alrightie then....Im doing ok...only 9 more days and I'll find out how much to fix my treadmill, will it be a repair or buy a new one?? The walking outside hasn't been working because I wake up and it's raining! I'm not walking in the rain. *sigh* I am doing alright though, I'm not craving anything, I'm not thinking about anything jus****ching what I eat...thankful that I am safe from harm.

We had thunderstorms yesterday also, Tess. Not sure if the same system that tore through Oklahoma though. Such a tragedy. We have the hurricanes to look out for here, but we have had occasional tornadic activity. Hurricane season starts next month, and one of the female names this year will be Gabrielle, which is also the name of my 5yr old granddaughter! How fitting...describes her to a "T" :)
Got my recumbent bike workout done, 48 mins covering 6 miles. Still working on my water which is sorely lacking today.
Today I ate:
B: protein shake made with 6 ozs 1% milk, 1 tbsp creamer and 1/2 c fresh strawberries, 10 natural almonds (that shake was wonderful!)
L: 4 ozs leftover grilled sirloin on sandwich thin with 1 tbsp light ranch dressing, 1 slice ultra thin provolone
S: 3 ozs low sodium deli turkey breast, 1 c fresh strawberries
D: grilled chicken breast (skin removed), 1/2 c green beans
