I'm so excited for you Tess! Best wishes! It seems like it will take forever for June 10th to get here for my TT. This is my first cosmetic surgery but probably not my last...lol. I've got ideas swirling in my head already for what I want to have done next.
I'm excited for the both of you, Angela. Tess is right...those 8 weeks will fly by in no time. I wish I could get a few plastics procedures done myself, but finances won't allow it at this time. Hopefully, I won't have to wait too much longer. In the meantime, I'm still playing lotto and keeping my fingers crossed
Good afternoon from Texas, Where I am it got almost to 90 today and beautiful. I hope I can keep up my energy and go for a walk later with my dog.
Tess, my goodness, do your men appreciate you as much as they should. WOW girl!
I had a um. let me see..um..stumble ,,, I mean TUMBLE Saturday. I hit right back at it yesterday morning though and I just can't let myself quit! I can't...

S: SF hot choclate with skim milk.
Good evening, BOTT friends,
Wow...thought I'd have to post in the morning. Well, technically, it IS morning (2:17 am here). My laptop was being used, and I didn't want to get on my slow desktop. Today was a "head hunger" day, and I'm blaming the kettle cooked chips I mentioned last night. That's what happens to me when I venture out of my low carb/low fat zone. They were 180 cals and 23 gms carbs, BUT this is always what I can expect. That's why I don't DARE do sugar.
I maintained though, and did other things to keep my mind free and clear. I knew I wasn't hungry, so I drank enough plain water to choke a camel :) I also got in a short workout, 24 mins covering 3 miles, on my recumbent bike. Today I ate:
B: 3 strips turkey bacon, 1/2 c eggbeaters and 1 egg white, 1/2 c fresh sliced strawberries
S: 6 ozs Light & Fit yogurt, 1/4 c above strawberries
L: 1 c leftover low fat, low carb homemade chicken parmesan (no breading used)
S: protein shake made with half water/half 1% milk, 1/2 oz natural almonds
D: 6 ozs grilled sirloin w/baby portobellos, 1/2 c mixed vegs (broccoli, red bell peppers, carrots)
Head hunger decreased significantly after my protein shake. Good night to all!
