Just Plain ole Thursday
*sigh* I feel great physically, got up and did my walking! Numbers on the scale are going down. I'm eating well and am satisfied after I eat. I am living to live. Bittersweet time for me, excited and pleased for me while praying for and with my mother as she readys to cross the Jordan into the sweet by and by. All of us need to be mindful of our blessings....and of the things that truly matter. Today I'll have 2 protein shakes, apple celery and I'm thinking a delicious salad for dinner with turkey breast. I will keep the calories down below 1300.
