oooh....I woke up at 4:30 without the alarm!!!  Guess that means it's a habit now!!!LOL  Set the coffee maker to brew the night before so I was able to grab a cuppa and hop on the treadmill!  Today I grabbed a couple of 2 lbs hand weights and off I walked!  30 minutes of cardio fat burning lung pumping walking!!!  WOOHOOO do I feel good!  Enjoyed a quiet soak in the hot tub with my hubby...we didn't turn on the jets this morning and listened to nature (we live in the country).  Ok..I now have a bit of time to sit and enjoy the feeling of calm before work before I have to pack up and go to work.  I will make sure I have the fixings for my protein shake and a good healthy lunch and snacks (they are always celery, apple or a banana).  Everyone, remember to embrace the day and LIVE TO LIVE!

Oh what a good night's sleep!! Feeling much more refreshed and focused this morning. The birds were singing extra loud this morning. So much so that the poor dog couldn't do her business..she kept looking for the birds. The squirrels were on the back deck rail looking for a handout. They've emptied the bird feeders and their mixed feed. They seemed to settle for stale bread. That should keep the dog entertained this morning.

Looking forward to a peaceful day today. Eats are planned. Vitamins are taken.

Thanks for starting the thread in Tess' absence! Ugh, snowed again today and will continue for the next few days. I did see a robin yesterday and a goldfinch today, so maybe the end of winter is in sight. Seagulls and Canada geese have been migrating back too.

On track for eating:
B. protein coffee
L. 2 hard boiled eggs, protein shake with almond milk
S. light & fit Greek yogurt with raw pumpkin seeds
D. Side Caesar salad, BBQ pulled pork with cheddar cheese
S. not sure yet
Did 52 minutes on the treadmill, 13 cups fluids, tool all vitamins

I think I need to eat a morning snack so I'm not so hungry later in the day. Good night all!

Good evening, BOTT friends,

Just a short post tonight.  Very sweet of you to start off the C&C for Tess, Debra.  I just finished my bike workout for today.  It's late, but I did 32 mins, covering 3.6 miles.  Today I ate:

B:  protein bar, 1 oz rotisserie turkey (that was the last of it), 6 natural almonds

L:  eggbeaters omelet w/ 1 chicken sausage link, peppers, onions, mushrooms, 1 oz shredded cheese and 1 tbsp salsa, 1/2 apple

D:  KFC grilled chicken leg and wing (skin removed), 1/2 c steamed broccoli w/lemon, 1 tsp butter

S:  protein bar, 14 natural almonds

Off to bed now which is early for me.  Having a nice long approximately 6" needle inserted in my spine to deaden a nerve in the morning.  Should be fun....Sweet dreamzzzz, my friends.
