Good morning, BOTT friends,
Well,well...I didn't get a chance to post last night, so here goes. I was out until the wee, wee hrs and just fell into bed around 3 this am, only to wake up at 5:30 to talk to my boyfriend on his daily commute to work, as usual. Luckily, I got my bike workout in before leaving home last night. I felt a little sluggish at the time, but I pushed on and completed 31 minutes, covering 3.7 miles.
Yesterday I ate:
B: 1 egg, 1 egg white and 1/4 c eggbeaters, 1/2 sandwich thin w/2 tsps butter, 1/2 apple
S: 6 ozs Light & Fit yogurt, 12 natural almonds
L: 5 ozs rotisserie turkey breast, 3/4 c turnip greens
S: 1 lg apple
D: 5 ozs lean beef burger on sandwich thin w/ mustard, 1 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp pickle relish
S: protein bar
