I had a rough night sleeping but I am up and going this morning. I am helping give my niece a baby shower this afternoon and need to feel perky if possible. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: Mexican Chicken Chili
Snack: 2 mini Cheesecakes, 1 pig n blanket
Dinner: Protein Shake
Snack: Cheese Stix

I'm usually not on here on the weekends but I needed to come inside for a tiny break from the sun. Oh it feels so good and warm on these tired bones. Not sure why I'm so incredibly tired today but it feels good to be lazy in the sun. I did teach children's church for Sunday School and during worship. Maybe it's just they wore me out more than I thought possible. Gotta love a group of 3rd - 5th graders. Even the dog seems to be tired.
Breakfast: Whole Wheat toast with peanut butter
snack: 1/2 granola bar (got shaky feeling in church)
Lunch: Rotisserie chicken breast in whole wheat pita (1/2)
snack: Greek Yogurt w/ sprinkling of cereal for crunch
Dinner: Pork Roast, coleslaw & sf jello
snack: banana smoothie(??)
I've already gotten in a load of decaf iced tea today. I think I'm on glass #4 in my Tervis tumbler (big glass). I've spent time reading up on Vitamin D deficiencies this afternoon. Why have I never realized the significance of low levels? Gotta run get some sun. Talk at all of yall again tomorrow (maybe later tonight).
