Back On Track Together
Fabulous Friday!
Felt good this morning to be up and on the treadmill! 30 minutes of walking with a 30 minute soak...just can't beat that! I also am able to wear a pair of pants that I haven't been able to wear since I quit smoking a year ago! Hallelujah! After dressing for work, Prepared my breakfast, lunch and snacks for the work day. I don't like to have breakfast until about 9:30 and it will be a banana/peach/yogurt smoothie, with an apple for a snack. Lunch is a big ole salad with fat free Ranch dressing and I have celery sticks for a snack again, something to give my mouth that crunch it longs to have! So, I hope everyone has a great day and remember, don't beat yourself up...just get up!
