I guess I am the only one logging my food diary today. I hope you are all having a great weekend. I sang for 2 hours this morning and shopped for 3 hours this afternoon. Tri
B: egg beaters, ham, fat free cheese, sandwich thin 180
S: Greek yogurt and a pear 160
L: veggie soup, tomato and cucumber salad, pasta, chicken breast 350
S: Greek yogurt and a banana 160
D: veggie soup, salad, beef steak, 1/4 yam 450
S: 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese, nut chewy protein bar, clementine 300

Don't worry Tri...you are not alone. I don't usually post until I have eaten all my meals, and that's usually later at night. It's 9:40 pm here, and I haven't eaten dinner yet, but my meal is planned and I won't deviate from it. Today I ate (or will eat):
B: 1/2 c eggbeaters, 1 egg and 1 egg white fried in Pam with 2 tbsp ketchup
S: protein bar
L: 1 1/4 c chicken salad made with light mayo, tomato slices
S: SF vanilla pudding, 14 natural almonds
D: 6 oz turkey burger on sandwich thin with 1 slice cheddar, 1 tbsp ketchup and pickle relish, mustard

Hi Tri:
I have been on the run today and just forgot until now. Sorry!!!!! We got my son fitted for his tux and pick it up today. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: 1/2 a steak burger and 2 onion rings
Snack: 2 sweet potato tots
Dinner: 1 slice of Meat Lover's Pizza
Snack: Vitatop
Took all my vits and drank my fluids and getting ready to go to bed. I heard the thunder outside so it looks like it is going to be a rainy night.
