Back On Track Together
Hello from new member
I posted this before but must have done something wrong because it hasn't shown up. I got back on track on 1/18/13 after being way off track for way too long. I had RNY in June of 2007 and lost from 364 lbs to 185 lbs. Then life threw me some stressors and I responded in my old ways of eating, but worse yet I added a new habit of drinking alcohol.
I'm back and eating healthy and have come here for inspiration and support.

I am glad you found the group. When I post my food and exercise I can lose weight. It really helps me and I know it will help you too. You are not alone.
