Finding time & motivation to exercise
I have a very busy work schedule and just don't know how i am going to fit in a regular exercise schedule. Additionally, I think my motivation is lacking too. Please tell me what has worked for you?? Currently, I'm working on getting my eating under control & then would like to start incorporating exercise.

Time is easier to find if you have motivation. I decided to give up some of TV shows I have been watching. Going to bed earlier - allows me to get up earlier and get 30 min before work. Cooking once a week and have ready to go meals for lunches and dinners - and buying RTD's so I can have a proteins shake as breakfast and a snack. The meals itself save me at least 1 hr each day or more. I just get home and warm up the dinner. (winters are good - I can make good quality stew and chillies and just heat it up and eat) mix that with some meatloaf ( I make my loaded with veggies) and I have lunches and other meals...
Find tasks that take time that you can save - and make that time into exercise.

"Failure is not falling down, It is not getting up once you fell... So pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and start all over again...."
I have to create a mindset that I am incorporating exercise time just like I do for working, play and eating. If I am going to exercise in the morning, I get up an extra hour earlier. If in the afternoon when I get off work, then I come in and change my clothes, eat a protein forward snack and go hit the treadmill. Walking works best for me, with a little strength training in between. If my mind is not really to implement this lifestyle change then it is not going to happen. You have got to want to do this for yourself not for anyone else. When you are really, you will know it.

This is just a little thing, but buying and wearing a good perdometer has helped me get in more walking time. I strive for 10,000 steps. At the end of the day if I have not met my goal, I head to the treadmill. I try to get my steps in earlier in the day, so I do not have to make the last ones on the treadmill.
