Hey Tess!
I know I have been missing in action for the past month or two. Crazy, Crazy overtime at work, currently my schedule is getting back to normal (really what is normal?). School starts next week so I have to get back into a routine.
It's been cloudy and rainning in NYC today so no working out plus only a 30 minute lunch. Starting next week I will start taken a 30minute walk at lunch (after I eat my lunch). I am glad to say I haven't put on any weight but I haven't lost any either. So, starting this month new!!!
I will on most days post later in the evening once I am home.
So heres my eats today:
PreBreakfast: 4oz of Coffee with Meds
Breakfast: Protein Drink with two scoops of Protein Powder and Miralax added in
Snack: Banana
Lunch: Side Salad and 1 Enchilada (home made)
Snack: Twizzers ($1 package (10 pcs)
Dinner: 3oz of Salmon seared, 3 oz of Onion Rings, 2 oz of Steak Fries
Snack: 12oz of Coffee
Total Calorites for the day: 1316 and 92 Proteins

I had one week vacation that I spent in Colorado. Some in Denver and some in Copper Mountain area.
I did not exercise much last 2 months before I went on the trip, and I was very surprised that I was able to keep up walking and hiking with my friend from Denver. (Denver and the mountains have higher altitude - less oxygen). I even hiked up to 12,000 feet and I was able to do that. Yepee...
I guess getting iron infusion series just before I left for vacation made me able to breathe up there.
Anyway - on vacation - I still maintained low carb diet. But I drank a lot of wine with all that meat and cheese.
The low carb diet, even when I overated (qty) and drunk a lot of wine, but with the hiking - not only I did not gain - but I lost 1 lbs. How great is that?
I bought some great - REAL polish sausage from Denver, so I will be eating that next couple of weeks.
REAL Polish sausage - from a polish store - made by Polish people for us.- it taste different that american polish sausage you can get in a regular store (we usually don't eat that...lol). And if you ever see a polish store in your area - stop buy and you may be lucky and they may have real - good polish sausage (if you lucky - though not every polish store has real polish sausages).
so, overall
Surgery: 5/14/2008 = 4.5 years post op
Surgery weight (before preop diet): 254 lbs
Lowest weight: 142 lbs (way too low for me, size 4, very weak)
Current weight - 165,
Goal weight: 155-160
Frame: Large
Clothing size: 6-10 (10 for the boobs, jeans - 6, dresses - what ever fits lol)
Overall goals:
To be Fit and Happy, with energy, not RH - no low blood sugar; with good memory, good ex drive. No pain after eating, not too much gas or constipation.
( I am asking for a lot - no? )
