 Hi guys, sorry I am late this morning.

It is going to be a scorner all weekend and next week too.  Temps today are 102 degrees.  My eats already for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Oatmeal
Snack:  Protein Bar
Lunch:  Protein Bar & Peaches
Snack:  Just the cheese snack
Snack:  Vitatop
Dinner:  1/2 Burger
Snack:  ice cream bar

Walked two miles this morning before the heat got to bad.  

Hope everybody has a great day and you stay cool and out of the heat if you can.  Drink plenty of fluids and take your vits.  Have a great weekend.

It is hot here also. Scorcher today. 
 
I do not feel my best - hedache and such. My go home early today or ... if I feel better may catch a movie.

coffee + coconut milk, sunflower seeds
cheese , smoked beef briskit
tea, and more green tea
protein shake
more green tea
ch****n dish from crockpot - with veggies. - not sure how that would turn out. - if not good - then some burger or fish...

Oh the heat is horrid.  My poor hubby works outside and I can just imagine how exhausted he is going to be.  Impressed myself this week.  I missed my workout on Wednesday due to travel & work meetings so Thursday I hit the gym twice, once in the a.m. to do my Wednesday workout & then at lunch for my Thursday workout.  WooHoo!  Did my 30 minutes of cardio today.

L - stuffed pepper
S - protein bar
D - undecided but probably something light due to the heat.
