Happy Hump Day Botts:

I got up this morning and walked 1 1/2 miles.  Yay!  I am going to progress until I get up to 3 miles a day like I use to.  My eats for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Oatmeal
Snack:  Quest Protein Bar
Lunch:  Quest Protein Bar
Snack:  Just the Cheese
Snack:  Vitatop
Dinner:  Tuna Salad
Snack:  Ice Cream Bar

Tess, glad to see you are doing well. How is the recovery?

Still working on my eating. Not doing too bad. Was able to talk myself out of cookies in the afternoon and didnt have any dessert last night. Yay. Going to order a couple Quest bars since just got paid $$. more yay.

Going to a luncheon today, so I have no idea whats for lunch.

Eats:

Coffee w/ Cream
Pure Protein Bar
Have to check the menu for lunch out

WW Chicken patty and couscous
yogurt

Today it is going great!  I woke up not swollen and down 1 lb.  I got my butt in gear and walked 1 1/2 miles plus I had an awesome closing on a house yesterday so I got a fat commission check to help pay back some on my surgery!  Yay!!!!

Mornin Botts!! Wacky Wednesday here already...Day 3 5DPT I get to EAT!! woohoo!! my right arm was lookin mighty tasty yesterday night..but made it through followin it to a T.

FF cottage cheese 2 egg omelette made in coconut oil

Morning!  Was up and out the door early today for trainings in another office so I did not get to do my pool walk, hoping to get some walking at home tonight to make up for it.

B - none, forgot to bring it
S - banana
L - Chipotle

D - hamburgers & who knows what else as I am going to my mom's for dinner

Doing good.  Still not much exercises , but I started doing some home yoga and my shoulders are telling me how much they hate me today and that's why I need to do that more often. I know I will..
So far so good - my sugar has been very stable lately, but I do eat every 2-4 hrs (yes - I can now wait 4 hrs between eating if I have to) and last 2 weeks I don't think I had a low blood sugar (unless I had it in the middle of the night.
I also found good egg white protein powder - 2 brands actually - that I can use. So far so good.
I still try to limit dairy - but cheese and whey proteins are really my fav, so it is hard.  Maybe if I get the RH under control, and get my adrenals in good shape my allergies will go away? There is a connection between RH - low blood sugar and adrenal functions... low adrenals may cause allergies... long shot but will see.


Eats today:
coffee + coconut milk
1 TBs almond dark chocolate butter+ 2 protein cookies
protein shake
meat or fish + veggies (lunch out?)
beef + meatlof + veggies (maybe )
protein cookies
liver + onions.
nuts

I couldn't sleep last nite and I snacked on cheese its and watched TV until 3am, but today is a new day!!! I can do this!!! I want to be down to 199 by the time I go back to work Aug 1st.
