Good Morning Botts!

Back from the beach :( Good news...hopped on the scale and Im the same. Hmm, curious as to why when I count calories and obsess over everything, Im still the same weight when I slack a little. How friggin screwed up is my metabolism? Guess I shouldnt complain. Just want to catch it before the scale starts going up.

Eats for today:

Coffee w/ cream
Pure Protein bar
Hoping for a grilled chicken salad for lunch
another protein bar
Not sure whats for dinner
Frozen Greek yogurt

No trainer tonight. My sessions ran out. Thinking about pulling the bike out of the shed.

To Mary - a beach vacation and no weight gain  wooowhoo!
My eats on plan for today :

Protein Coffee & 3 puff pastry cookies
Naan with hummas deli turkey & provolone
Fru-fru coffee with SF creamer
Fried chicken leg, hard boiled egg & a cheese stick
Crockpot pot roast, a few carrots, maybe a small potato & mozzerella-n-tomato salad

1.5 mile powerwalk with DH & the puppies this morning

Thanks! Im wondering if the not gaining is from the probiotics Ive been taking. Not that I want to push the subject any... Im more than happy to take maintain over gain any day!

I tried to cut and paste from myfitnesspal, but it didnt work so I deleted it.

Coffee w/ almond milk, strawberry quest bar

Nectar shake, salad

turkey burger and veggies

sf ice cream bar

alot of vits and water......

 Pre surgery 300 lbs, lowest after 175 lbs, re-gain highest 249 lbs, current 211 lbs, goal 170 lbs!

Morning Botts!! Day 2 of 5DPT...doin good! Told DH to move out today....cuz ketosis will be causing me to be a major *****! lol

Havin to edit today...didn't come back online last night to finish entering what I actually ate.

So far..
Protein coffee w/ SF creamer
1/2 cup SF pudding w/ whey protein
1cup SF pudding w/ soy protein
1cup SF jello
1cup SF pudding
64 oz crystal light


vits n mins yep
exercise hand weights this am
slept great last night
stress scale 1 to 5....OFF THE HOOK...FEED ME SEYMOUR!! lolol no a 3

My iron must be low beacause I crave red meats again.  Between salad with chicken and steak  the steak won ...

Eats today:
coffee + coconut milk
cheese sticks, protein cookies
beef tips, veggies
protein shake
more beef, meatloaf, veggies
liver with onions , veggies
protein cookies
