Keep your fingers cross today for me, I am suppose to get this last drain out this afternoon. My eats for today are:
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: Protein Shake
Lunch: Quest Protein Bar Vanilla Crunch
Snack: Chocolate Pure Protein Bar
Dinner: Five Guys Hamburger
Snack: Vita Top

My endo appointment was a major fail... the guy is moron... no wonder I could see him on a such a short notice..
I do plan to continue doing what works for me.. for now... maybe I can find a good doc.. one day.
eats today:
coffee + coconut milk
PB (lots of it)
protein shake w/ greens
fish and some veggies
meat and some veggies
yogurt with proteins and flax meal..
meat and veggies
sunflower seeds..

still working on my food. Taking it meal by meal. Im tightening the purse strings again and missing my Quest Bars. Thinking of trying out some recipes that use the things in my pantry. I'll let you know what I come up with.

Kashi Go lean Crunch and banana with about 4 oz Almond milk
Heading out to lunch with a friend. Maybe salad
Arnold double protein bread slice w/ Skippy Natural
I see wings defrosted in the fridge, so Im guessing grilled wings for dinner.

Started the day with hot tea, diet soda, and a cookie.
Not a great start. I am dealing with a bad break up but that is just an excuse. I have foods available that are healthy and easy.
Now to just plan my day and stick to it is my goal.
I only work out one day a week though I plan to everyday something always seems to come up. More excuses.
I am working with a therapist who is helping me put myself back in my life. I tend to live to make sure everyone else is OK.
Took three months off work for stress and heart problems. My ulcer is in full gear. I am on tons of medications for lots of things but at least I have not gained weight. I just feel stuck. But maybe my weight is a reflection of my over all life right now.
I am beginning a toning video every night and walking the dogs daily. If I stick to this plan I will then look at one more change to make. one step at a time.

Good luck today Tess! So far today I took a
15 minute walk with my pup. May go for another
one later if my knees are up to it. Yesterday
didn't walk at all they were bothering me too
much. I tripped over my own two feet on Monday
and think I pulled something,getting better
today.
My eats for today:
Breakfast-3 egg whites & 1 egg scrambled with
1/2 slice american cheese with salsa and slice
of wheat toast
Lunch-egg salad made with lite miracle whip &
pickle relish on 1 slice wheat bread
Dinner-1 grilled hot dog and hamburger with
cheese, no bun salad and 1/4 c. cheesie
potatoes(bday party for nephew, no I wont
be able to resist so planning a taste)

Sounds like everyone is having a decent day so far - me too!...I know Tess will be happy to ditch the drain, the worst part is the deep breath when they pull it out Yoww...

Snack : another coffee & 3 more puff cookies ( now they are gone)
Lunch : 2 oz deli ham & 1 oz cheese and 2oz deli chicken with hummas all in roll-up form
with a small tomato.mozzerella & cucumber salad
Dinner : HOG social nite, we are meeting at a local place that specializes in seafood so should
be fairly easy to make a good choice
Cardio : 1.5 miles power walk with DH & the pups
