Ok, today eats were no better than yesterday!!!
My do over starts tomorrow! Put on a pound which isn't bad. Having a hard time sticking to my plan while I am at work!!!!
Pre-Breakfast: Coffee & Meds
Breakfast: Protein Coffee with SF Banana & Chocolate Pudding
Snack: Quest Protein Bar & 1/3 cup of Cashew Trail Mix
Lunch: Salad with Ham Sandwich on 100 calc Sandwich bread & Bag of Fritos
Snack: Vita Top Muffin Top – Banana Chocolate Chips
Dinner: Bun-less Beef Hot Dog with 1 cup of Cole Slaw
Snack: 90 calc Fiber One Brownie (Maybe)
