Kinda, I was on a modified "fast" yesterday

 Pre surgery 300 lbs, lowest after 175 lbs, re-gain highest 249 lbs, current 211 lbs, goal 170 lbs!

Evening All,
Cardio - none
Cafe:
Morning - 20 oz coffee, creamer and sf syrup, 16 oz water, vitamins taken.
Afternoon - 1 boiled egg, 2 cups salad mix w/croutons, 2 slices of tomato, garlic caesar dressomg, avocado, pepperoni stick, cheese stick
Evening - 2 mugs of coffee, creamer, 2 pkgs splenda, chicken taco, salsa.
Snack - pear
Today was much cooler. Hope the weather was nice in your area.

Evening Botts!

It's been a good day...did go back to the doctors this evening which is why I am posting so late today!

I am out of control, I had Jelly Beans and a Fig Newton...Come Friday evening I am detoxing by doing the 5 day pouch test to kick my sugar habit.  I haven't put on any weight which is good but I have to stop reaching for it.  I really need a 12 step program :-D

So beside the Jelly Beans and the 2 Fig Newton cookies I've had today:

Pre-Breakfast:  Coffee & Meds

Breakfast: Protein Coffee with SF White Chocolate Pudding

Snack:  Breakfast Sandwich/110 calc Bagel – Cinnamon & Raisin with Ham & Laughing Cow Cheese (Cinnamon)

Lunch: Salad with Salad Seasoning and 4oz of Seared Shrimp

Snack: Protein Bar – Quest/Coconut Cashew

Dinner:  Bun-less Hamburger on a bed of lettuce

Snack:  None!

So, tomorrow is another day!!!!!

Cool!! 

I really don't understand why its such a fight to get these last few off...and I still workout every morning for 30 to 45 minutes during the week and all most 2 hours on the weekend whi*****luded a full hour on the treadmill.

I am tried!
