On my end, I'm just cranking through the week and looking forward to a busy weekend.
Saturday I'm going to blitz my house (spring cleaning) and finish getting the garden planted.
Sunday we're headed to pick up the majority of my daughter's belongings from school. She has a couple of days left, but she'll only have a couple of outfits, bedding, and a few books left to load into the smaller car.

I hope every had a good day today! It's been a very good day today.
I did not work out today, the morning got away from, doing class work every early and i am in the middle of a paper that is due this week. So, my eats for the day has been: below and I have just crossed over 1200 calc is is fine because my cap out on calc is 1300 daily.
Pre-Breakfast: ½ cup of Hi Lo Vanilla Almond Cereal with a 1/4c of Almond Milk & Meds (30 minutes after I wake up)
Breakfast: 8oz Protein Shake with only 1 scoop of Protein Powder on the subway heading to work, was it even thin!! And a Vita Top Muffin Top – Apple Crumb around 10am this morning
Snack: Protein Bar – Balance/S’mores
Lunch: Cucumber Salad and a Slice of Meat Pizza without the end crust.
Snack: Nothing, was full
Dinner: Serving of Veggies and 3oz of Stuffed Sole with Crab meat filling
Snack: 1 cup of fresh sliced Strawberries
Have a good night, back to the books.Cardio - worked in garden this morning.
Got a little hungry today. Made a few poor choices but otherwise ok.
Morning - 32 oz coffee w/ creamer
Afternoon - 2 salmon patties, mixed greens salad w/light balsamic dressing, cheese
Pistachio nuts
Night - Guacamole and chips, 32oz powerade zero, 20 oz water, butter toffee peanuts,
pear and bag of pork rinds
I will weigh tomorrow, afraid today.
