Pre-Breakfast: Coffee & Meds
Breakfast: Fruit Smoothie
Snack: Protein Bar – Quest/Brownie
Lunch: Roast Beef Sandwich (6) slices of Health Choice on 100 Calc. Sandwich Bread and a Small Salad of Mandarin Oranges and Sliced Red Onions
Snack: Protein Bar – Balance/Triple Chocolate Chaos
Dinner: Egg White Omelet with Mushrooms 3 thin slices of Health Choice Ham and Small Potato Au Gratin
Snack: If I need one it will be a ½ cup of Hi Lo Vanilla Almond Cereal with a splash of Almond mile.
