Evening Botts!

Well yesterday I found out I can still experence the dumping syndrome!!!  Made Red Velvet cupcakes and had one with less than a tsp of Cream Cheese Frosting boy did I pay for it....I know better now!!!

Good day today signed up to walk the 5 mile Aids Walk here in NYC on the 20th of May....Oh yeah had a candy melt down today as well...I think a three day detox is now in order, major sugar two days in a row!!!!!!!!

My eats for the day will be:

Pre-Breakfast:  Coffee & Meds

Breakfast:  Protein Shake with ½ tsp of SF Pudding

Snack:  Protein Bar – Quest/Strawberry Cheese Cake

Lunch: A bag YES a BAG!!! Of Haribo Fruit Salad Gummi Candy @12:05 and my lunch which was a Roast Beef Sandwich (6) slices of Health Choice on 100 Calc. Sandwich Bread and a Small Garden Salad

Snack: Protein Bar – Atkins/Peanut Caramel Cluster Bar

Dinner:  Morning Star Veggie Riblet (Hickory BBQ Riblet) and Veggies

Snack:  Vita Top – Chocolate Cup Cake followed 30 minutes with a cup of Decaf Coffee


Just changed into my workout cloths time to burn off the 420 calc I took in from the candy I ate prior to lunch today!

yea... I did worse... my pouch was pissed off... and I did not have good food with me (the quest rs gave me nausea and pain - I ate one... ) So I took my dark chocolate with chili... and ate that darn thing (over 4 hrs) ... crap... pouch did not have issue with it... and sinc ei took time - 550 cal later ... I ate the whole thing.  It was a dark chocolate one - so it is not a lot of sugar - but enough ... o boy... I really did it... Overall my calories so far is still around 1000...and over 80 gr of proteins... but still...

Tomorrow is  a new day... right?

Yeap!  I had to lay down for two hours my blood pressure spiked...got hot flashes.  Boy do I know better now...

Back on Track or just Self Correct  !!!!!!!

Hello everyone,
I hope the last week went well for you all.  I had to drop out for a bit to deal with some family drama, but I kept on track eating-wise though I wont go back and post the entire week.  =)

Today's eats:
Breakfast 1
Hard boiled egg

Breakfast 2
Cottage cheese with crushed pineapple

Snack
Apple

Lunch
Orange
Almond Chia Honey Bread
(I had to leave the office early for a doc appointment, so grabbed the quick food that was in my lunch bag).

Snack
Sliced bell peppers

Dinner
Shrimp and Mango Salad

Totals for Today:
Calories:  1079
Fat:  49g
Total Carbs:  111g
Net Carbs:  79g
Protein:  62g

Not too shabby....but too light on protein.
Getting back on track 10yrs later after a REGAIN of approx 35lbs
Surgery weight:  277lbs             Goal/maintenance weight: 135lbs
