Okay... I forgot to mention that I work in a family owned diner which means we make our own slaw, hot dog chili and etc... so there is LOTS of taste testing going on :-(
For today...
Protein Iced Coffee
4 Slices of deli ham w/ 1 slice of 2% American Cheese
6 French Fries :-(
Half of a small milkshake (( had not had bm in 4 days, so I was desperate))
Steamed Brocolli w/ Cheese, Eggbeaters w/ Cheese
Mallow Cup :-(
Diet Mountain Dew over ice
MY GO****s so much worse when I write it down!! I also must mention that I manage this place and we have 3 new employees, so this added stress is "for the birds"!!
Holding my head high and looking forward to better things :-)
