Happy Hump Day Botts:

I did not have to slap my scale this morning, I am back down to 156 lbs.  All is well at my house.  My eats and cardio for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Unjury Protein Shake
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Quest PB Bar
Snack:  Lite Diced Peaches
Dinner:  Roast Beef & Green Beans
Snack:  NSA Ice Cream Sandwich

Exercise:  A nice walk in the neighborhood.  Weather is going to be lovely today.

Tess, glad you had good luck with the scale YAY!

Im feeling much better today. Sore, but my mood is better. Kicked butt at the gym last night. Its really cool to see myself progressing. Im off tonight and planning a long soak in the tub with lavender epsom salts and my Kindle. ahhhh....

Eats for today:

Coffee w/ cream
Chobani, PB2, sliced strawberries and Kashi Go Lean Crunch
Roast beef and Laughing Cow wedge on a Flat Out Foldit Wrap. Maybe grab some spinach and tomatoes from the salad bar to throw on there.
Quest Bar
Grilled Chicken breast and sauteed peas and onions

 I can live with not losing anymore if I have to, but I don't like it backing up on me when I haven't given it a reason to.  Now if I am guilty of eating bad then I will pay the price but I was good this weekend so it had no cause for acting ugly to me.

Snack  :  coffee with sf creamer and a splash of milk
Snack  : cheese stick & 1/2 serving of rf cheese nips
Lunch  :  baked chicken thigh & wing & 2 little kirby cukes
Dinner  :  protein shake
Cardio  :  ZUMBA

Work stress and pother issues are not good for anyone. I do not like it.

Eating is still unplanned, but carbs and the "bad foods" are not really an option (makes me so sick) so I eat what I am suppose to. Most of the time.
I hate pills right now, but I do take my main vitamins and minerals (still have no problem with my chewables). The extra that I take - I can easily skip a week.. I think... (Bcomplex, some extra minerals). Some days swallowing the pills is not an option.
I drink my vitamin zero or Sobe water - and that has extra vitamins. Eat good foods...so all is fine...
I do drink too  much coffee... but it is still good coffee with all natural additives... Green tea for stress.. And I am able to resist alcohol. That is good. Trust me.  I had a glass of wine on Saturday ... but that's all...

eats today: (I was up at 5am)
Brazil nuts, flat-out with PB
cheese, hard boiled egg..
coffee with coconut milk

plan to have (in random order) 
quest bar,  protein cake, yogurt with proteins and blueberries
salad with meat or veggies.... and ?????

I seriously think of trying to do in May similar diet that I had before RNY. To detox and get back to basics: lots of protein shakes - soups, one protein bar and one meal a day during the week. Semi-normal stuff on weekends.  No alcohol, no soft drinks. Lots of "green" drinks... veggies - maybe even some juicing (grass, veggies)   Plus + Some sort of herb detox (tea, soaking baths, even sauna... natural aromatherapy..) 
That may be my gift to me on my 4th anniversary of my RNY.  Going back to basics. get really healthy... routine. Will see...

 Hala, I think I will be doing a lot of protein shakes after I have this plastic surgery in May too.  I have a colonosocopy schedule for Monday week and and get to have an all day bathroom run the Sunday before-all liquids with a chaser.  Fun, Fun, Fun.

Evening Botts.

It's been a good day, got a lot done.  Got in a morning work out which is always great for me...may hit the total gym this evening still have to get off 3 more pounds from my re-gain this month which is ok, I know what I did and a week and a half went by without being able to work out.  So, it's been a do over since last saturday!

My eats today have been and will be:

Pre-Breakfast:  Med’s with water and a ½ of Hi Lo Vanilla Almond Cereal

Breakfast:  Fruit Smoothie

Snack:  Popcorn Popped Corn Chips – White Cheddar

Lunch:  Gumbo – 1 Cup

Snack: Protein Bar/Quest – Lemon Cream Pie

Dinner:  Green Beans & 3oz of Grilled Fish

Snack:  Not sure if I will have one if: Fiber One 90 calc Brownies

baby carrots, weigh****chers cheese stick, 2 slices ham
Atkins Protein Advantage bar
Cajun Grilled Pork, Steamed brocolli w/ cheese, Carrots steamed with butter and splenda brown sugar

H2O w/ SF Kool-Aid (3- 16oz Bottles)

Yeah, I know... No exercise listed... C'mon, I'm working on it :-)
