It is a cold start to my Tuesday Morning. Hi Bryant, did you get snow last night in New York? This weather has really been strange this year so far. My eats and cardio for today are:
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Chocolate Unjury Protein Shake
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: Quest Peanut Butter Bar
Snack: Lite Diced Peaches
Dinner: Steak Taco
Snack: NSA ice cream sandwich
Exercise: I am putting my realtor hat on this evening so I have three houses to show. That will be my walking.

Good Morning Botts!
Not a good day today. Im exhaused and hurt everywhere. Wondering when all this exercise is going to start paying off. I SEE the changes in my body. Thats nice. But everything hurts. The scale is up 3 pounds. I woke up at 2 am, fell asleep at 5 and got up at 5:20. I just want to throw myself on the ground and cry like a baby. I have the trainer again tonight. I really like her, but wish she would give me a few minutes to talk to her.
Eats for today:
Extra large coffee w/ cream
Greek yogurt w/ PB2 Fresh strawberries and Kashi Go Lean Crunch
Leftover chicken basil parmesan meatballs with onions and zucchini
Quest bar
Not sure whats for dinner...
I keep a tight eye on my clothes. I may notice a slight difference in one particular pair of jeans. They are more comfortable and dont squeeze up my muffin top so much!
part of me wants to forget the scale, but thats hard to do at 230 (today) pounds.
Im thinking of getting a body fat analyzer. The Tanita kind that you hold out in front of you. If I could see some measureable difference it would help.
Realization smacked me in the head today, if I keep fluctuating in the same 3 lbs up and down over and over than duh, I must have REALLY gain a few lbs, its not jus****er weight, or too much salt or whatever, this just sucks...OK BOT again!
Breakfast : protein coffee
Snack : coffee with sf creamer & splash of milk
Snack : 2 slices of bacon, a cheese stick & a kirby cucumber with salt-n-pepper
Lunch : sf / nf frozen yogurt - redvelvet cheesecake flavor - I think
Snack : turkey & havardi roll-ups with a smear of tomato jam
Dinner : side caesar & 1/2 a chicken enchilada
Cardio : walking the neighborhood with DH & the dogs...
Alesia : start 249 / surgeon's goal 138 / current 142
Overall maintaining my high protein - low carb eating ... more or less of fiber...
Glad to see you guys doing so well...
BTW Tess: my pouch loves cucumbers... but give it raw carrots - baby or normal carrots and I get issue for hrs..

It's been cold here, and I did work out this morning Wii Active Tennis for 30 minutes I will get some lower body work out this evening on my Total Gym.
My eats for the day have been:
Pre-Breakfast: Coffee w/Med’s
Breakfast: Protein Shake
Snack: Protein Bar/Quest – PB & J
Lunch: Protein Soup w/a Meat Stick
Snack: Protein Bar/Balance – Chocolate Craze
Dinner: Serving of Spinach w/ ½ of a Roast Mini Sweet Potato and Slices of Roasted Chicken
Snack: Atkins – 1 cup of Hi Lo – Vanilla Almond Cereal with ¼ Cup of Almond Milk
