Good Sunday Morning Botts:
I woke up this morning to a very chilly start of the day. I am hoping for a warmer afternoon. My eats and cardio for today are:
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: Pure Peanut Butter Bar
Snack: Cheese & Turkey Roll
Dinner: Home Made Chili
Snack: NSA ice cream sandwich
Exercise: a walk around the neighborhood
Have a wonderful and blessed day and remember those vits and fluids.

Good morning ..
Rain and gloomy day. Due to the weather and due to extra work I had to do last week ...we decided not to go to Charleston. I got a good night sleep 2 night, and relaxed Saturday. I baked some protein cake so I am good for another 2 weeks on that. Today I plan to cook some more food so I will be less tempted to eat the wrong things.
Today's menu:
coffee + coconut milk
protein cake
protein coffee
eggs and bacon and veggies.
soup/ stew - or salad and meat.
more protein cake. or some food.. will see...
Note to self: fiber is good, not enough fiber - not so good. too much fiber - very bad.
exercise - walking 30-60 minutes.
wii tennis or other good game.

Well it's cool here this morning 50 degrees and it rainned all night, So I slept in this morning to 8:20am! Now to get the day started and the body moving. Todays workout will be a full hour work out with Wii Active Tennis and head to the gym to walk a full hour on the treadmill.
I am cooking today...Gumbo! and prepping my lunches for next week.
So my planned eats for the day is:

Dinner: Serving of Gumbo using Shrimp, Seared Chicken, & Chicken Andouille Sausage
Snack: Atkins – Peanut Caramel Cluster Bar
