Good Morning Botts:
We had a rainy night and now a cool start to the morning. The high for today is 65 degrees. My scale in creeping on down but I probably want post a lost until I am sure it is here to stay. My eats and cardio for today are:
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: Grill Chicken
Snack: Vita Top
Dinner: Chicken Quesadilla
Snack: NSA ice cream sandwich

Good morning Tess and BOTTS!
Well, I gao an early start today been up since 6am. Did a 45 minute Wii Active Tennis workout and just came back from the gym did 30 minutes on the Treadmill only. Have to find my groove again, my scales have been heading in the wrong directions this week and I know why, having a hard time not having BM really this week. so, the 4 pounds I lost two weeks ago are back. So, I am back on the Miralax with my iron pills (which will cause you to bind up) so, I hope it works. I am eatting well since I've gone back to work so thats good. There's been a few days I hadn't needed a afternoon snack because lunch is at 1pm to 2pm and we leave at 5pm...no overtime required or approve so I can make it home and fix dinner and not get hurgry in between!!!!
I can't get into a evening workout so I will just get to bed 30 minutes earlier and get up 30 minutes early so I can get in one of three of workout DVD first thing.
So, heres my eats for the day:

Breakfast: Fruit Smoothie
Snack: Protein Bar/Quest – Apple Pie
Lunch: 1 Cup of French Onion Soup (by Progresso) w/ 6 Chicken Asparagus Wraps
Snack: Protein Bar – Balance/Chocolate Craze
Dinner: (unknown/Church this evening)
Snack: Atkins – Peanut Caramel Cluster Bar

Afternoon;
Back from a great vacation with lots of activity...gained two pounds while away...think it will be gone soon as my own eats avoid salt
B - protein shake
l - home made veggie beef soup
s - 7 triscuits with ff cheese melted
d - roasted chicken - 4 or so ounces with a few tablespoons of mashed potatoes and squash....bit of gravy on all
s - popsicle
All water and vits
