Good Morning Botts:
Mary I did go for my pre-op yesterday at the PS office. I had the privledge of stripping off to my birthday suit and taking my pictures at all angle. Talk about weird, you just stand around so nonchalance in your birthday suit talking with the doc and the nurse. It was an experience that I soon will not forget! My surgery is May 17th. I also spent the afternoon at the general surgeons office who is going to repair my hernias at the same time. He has me scheduled for May 3rd for an upper and a lower GI along with a EKG and chest xray. Doesn't that sound fun too! I am now looking forward to June. My eats and cardio for today are:
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Unjury Shake
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: Pure Peanut Butter Bar
Snack: Protein Bar
Dinner: Chili
Snack: Vita Top
I think I will rest today. Yesterday I was at work at 7:30, PS office at 10:30, GS office at 2:30, Home at 5:45, School Meeting at 7:00, back home at 8:30, bed at 9:30. I am just tired!!!

TESS!! Thats so exciting!! Yay! Well, except for the part about standing around naked lol.
Note to self, when you get blood drawn, make sure to take breakfast with you! I had my labs done this morning with the new lab slip from the nut. 6 vials! wow. One of the vials had to be put on dry ice. Wonder what that test was for. Dont know why I didnt ask. I feel sick now, cant eat and I have a headache.
Anyway...
Im compelled to report that I didnt stay on my plan yesterday. Ive been so sore from working out and I took 2 days off. I knew I was going to the trainer last night and I used it as an excuse to eat. Also used the excuse of an irritating evening to eat. ugh.
Todays eats:
Still working on coffee and water
Trying to eat a Quest bar, only managed about 2 bites in the last 30 minutes
Not sure whats for lunch. I'd like to get out of the office and pick up something.
dinner is questionable as well.

Tess, congrats on getting your date, when all the swelling goes down you'll probably see the last 6lb+ gone, it will almost like the early post op days where your scale would suddenly do a belly flop drop ...Bonus, it feels great to have clothes fit right too...
I'm not posting any eats today. I'm on strike...Got on the scale this morning and was UP, 2 1/2 lbs, threw me & now I'm just pissed off , things are SO slow at work its making my teeth itch & I'm sitting here just thinking about food & working on a serious graze fest - need to hit the rewind and shake it off...
Will try to check in Saturday & Sunday to re-align my attitute...

Snack: Remainder of ½ bag of the Popcorn Chips/Cheesy Jalapeno & Fruit First/Mixed Berry
Dinner: Salad w/Grilled Chicken
Snack: Apple
