Good Morning Botts:

It is going to be a beautiful day in Mississippi.  I have several doctor appointments today so I will only be at wor****il 9:00 AM and I will be off the rest of the day. Yay!!  My eats and cardio for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack:  Chocolate Pure Protein Bar
Lunch:  Something from Panera
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Dinner:  Tuna Salad on whole wheat sandwich thins
Snack:  NSA ice cream sandwich

Have a great day and don't forget your vits and fluids.

Tess, are these consults? ohh, cant wait to hear!

Did good yesterday. Ugh, I have to stop saying that....I met my calorie goal yesterday. Had a rest day yesterday. I just need a massage and a hot tub for my foot, knee and back. :(

Eats for today:

Coffee w/ cream
Quest Bar
Flat Out fold it wrap w/ rotisserie turkey and Laughing Cow cheese wedge. Maybe I'll grab some veggies from the salad bar to throw in too.

Not sure whats for dinner

30 Mins of hill intervals on the treadmill followed by 30 minutes with the trainer tonight.

One day closer to the weekend !  Good Day to All...

Feeling pretty good about keeping on track, the challenge will be to hold on over the weekend...

Breakfast  :  protein coffee
Snack  :  3 small chicken strips, string cheese & some cucumber wedges
Snack  :  coffee with sf creamer & a little milk
Lunch  :  italien style country ribs,  a little steam rice (maybe 1/4 c) & steamed broccoli
Dinner  :  apple-n-chicken sausage with sauteed peppers-n-onions & some more cucumber
Cardio :  long walk around the neighborhood with DH & the dogs

Alesia : start 249 / surgeon's goal 138 / current 142

Guess I will post today....

5am - coffee
630am - 2 slices shaved ham
830am- mock oatmeal with flax , baby bell, 4 strawberries, 4 shaved turkey ham
12pm- small salad (chicken and shrimp Caesar)
3pm- vegie snack pack , mixed nuts
6pm- steak fajita salad
8ish ... my home made cream cheese berry flax bars (frozen)

Cloudy today.  And looks like weekend will be rainy.. and we plan to go to the coast... not liking that much - the rain that is... Bu there is still  a lot to see there (Charleston, SC) so not too big of a deal..

Worked really late last night... but that's life...

Eats today: not sure, but will plan anyway, and adjust as needed

coffee+  half and half
2 cheese sticks
yogurt with proteins and blueberries
soup - stew... with added flax or 1/2 flat out
or may go for a salad.. or go and buy some fresh veggies...
quest bar (if my order gets here today)
salad or veggies with some proteins...
strawberries...

b: protein shake w/ stick of cheese and pepperoni
s: 1/2 greek yogert w/  carrotts
l: veggie chili
s: apple or protein shake
d: protein shake

trying to lower my calories and get my protein up. ive gained 10lbs since i started my new anexiety meds. im going back to the doctor i cant keep on doing this. i hate depression and anxiety

Had a good day today!  It's almost Friday!!!!!

Todays eats were: 

Pre-Breakfast:  Coffee  w/Med’s

Breakfast:  Protein Smoothie

Snack:  Protein Bar/Quest – Chocolate Brownie

Lunch:  6 Asparagus wrapped using Turkey Slices and Laughing Cow Cheese as my spead

Snack: Protein Bar/Balance – Cinnamon Bun (OMG that was a GREAT bar)!!!!!!!

Dinner:  Veggies w/Maryland CrabCake

Snack:  Pear
