Check out their low and no carb bread and cookies... I will have to check them out while I'm in San Diego!!

 Pre surgery 300 lbs, lowest after 175 lbs, re-gain highest 249 lbs, current 211 lbs, goal 170 lbs!

that looks very nice... I tried to buy a few things... but the quoted shipping - ~$17... for $100 order was a lot... Let me know how they are.. .

I have tried their breads and they are delicious!  They sell it at a grocery store (Albertson's) near my home in San Diego so luckily I don't have to pay shipping. 

With cheese it makes great low carb grilled cheese sandwich.

My only drawback is that it's bread, an addictive weakness for me and I have to be very careful not to over induldge.

 I bought a loaf when I was in a town that carries it.  I got the raisin loaf.  I put it into the freezer because I don't want to eat it often.  At $7.99 a lag it has to last for me.  when I tried to get a slice ir crumbled.  If/when I buy it again, I will separate the slices nd freeze it with wax paper between every slice.  Love the 14 gms protein!  The good news is that it doesn't call to me to eat more than a slice and I'm definitely a carb lover.
