Hello everyone, I had an ok day today. Would have liked to stay under 1200 calories, but still not
too bad a day for me. I do need to lighten my chili recipe, didn't realize how many calories in beans.
I figure if I cut it down to one can and use hot turkey sausage instead of pork it should still taste good but be much lower in calories. The tortilla chips were not the best choice either. Anyway, here's my eats for today:
breakfast-2 eggs and 2 egg whites w/slice of american cheese and salsa
lunch-tuna salad on cocopop and light and fit yogurt
dinner-chili, 1 oz tortilla chips, 1/4 cup mexican blend cheese, salad w/Aldi's Fit and Active light Italian dressing, 1 T sour cream
Snacks-mcdonald's cone, bell peppers and coffe w/FF half and half
Also I walked for 25 minutes today, it's hard wit my knees but I have to do it, no more whining!
