Back to work with the Monday morning blues. I wi**** was Saturday again. My eats and cardio for today are:
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: Lasagna Cups
Snack: Mini Popcorn Bag
Dinner: Grilled Chicken Salad
Snack: NSA ice cream sandwich
Exercise: 1 hour walk in neighborhood

Tess, thanks for being so consistent. Weekend was OK but I had a really huge pouch this weekend and it felt like bottomless pit, and not a small pouch. Even my BF noticed that I was able to eat a lot. It was sort of funny..
It was still good food... and a lot of veggies and meat... so overall I stayed on plan. Really good plan. Except exercise. None... well... at least we had fun- lots of fun...
Today is a new day.
coffee + almond milk
chocolate covered strawberries (healthy food) and sunflower seeds
protein shake with greens
meat and veggies
quest bar
protein shake (if driving) or soup/stew
cabbage with lots of meat,

For some who gasps at my chocolate covered berries:
I use 90% dark chocolate, melted with some butter, and use stevia to sweeten that.
Dip my strawberry in that. I may eat 2-4 strawberries ... that is equivalent to 1 square or less of very dark chocolate and fruits. yummy... legal treat...
BTW: my wii is finally hooked up to my new TV (I needed a HDMI adapter) o now I can do some Wii...) love the idea.

Had a great weekend, no exactly productive but very enjoyable ...Tonight is support group so I think no cardio in the works...
Breakfast : Protein coffee
Snack : 2 slices deli turkey rolled around 1 slice of provolone (divided) with a smear of tomato
jam & a kirby cucumber
Snack : coffee with creamer & a little milk
Lunch : shrimp scampi primavera over 2 oz cooked barilla plus protein pasta
Dinner : as yet unknown, probably a protein shake after the meeting
Alesia : start 249 / surgeon's goal 138 / current 142
Hubby is feeling a little better today, but he stayed home from work to rest.
I decided to take my weight progress ticker out of my signature for a while. I noticed that I've been super focused on the scale numbers which fuels a lot of frustration when it doesnt move (or moves too slowly in my estimation). I also had my husband hide the bathroom scale so I wont be tempted to weigh myself daily.
Instead, I want to focus on my food intake and cardio/strength for a while to truly get my habits solidified and not bouncing from this to that in an effort to get the scale to move.
