Good Morning Botts:

It is the dreaded 15th of April, tax day!  I hope everybody did not get beat up too bad from the IRS.  My eats and cardio for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury Protein
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Protein Bar
Snack:  Cheese & Turkey Roll Up
Dinner:  Lasagna Cups & Corn Casserole
Snack:  Vitatop

Exercise:  1 hour walk in the neighborhood

Have a beautiful and blessed Sunday today.  Don't forget your vits and fluids.

Good morning BOTTS and Tess!

Tess, I just happen to be in my Super Target this morning and they have Vita Top Breakfast Sandwichs now and a Apple Muffin Top & Banana Chocolate Chip Muffin Top!!!!  So, you know I had to purchase them to try them out.

Today, I've been up since 5:30am...worked on a discussion question for my class.  Planned my meal for the day and headed out to Target to purchase a few items and off to do some shopping (professional dress cloths for my new temp job).  So, my workout today will be walking and shopping!  I may still get in a Wii Active Tennis this afternoon for an hour.

Here's my eats for the day:

Pre-Breakfast:  Coffee  w/Med’s

Breakfast:  Protein Shake w/SF Butterscotch Pudding

Snack:  2 small Kiwi Fruit

Lunch:  Side salad with Veggie Burger w/a slice of Lite Cheese  

Snack: Protein Bar/Quest – Vanilla Almond Crunch

Dinner:  Small Sweet Potato w/Gordon Fish & 1/2C of Steamed Veggies

Snack:  Vita Top Chocolate Chip Cup Cake

It was another incredibly gorgeous day!  Unfortunately, it looks like my hubby has caught a cold.  He was in bed and asleep for most of the day, poor darling.  I just hope he doesnt pass it to everyone in the house!


Today's data for me:

Breakfast 1:
None

Breakfast 2:
Cottage cheese w/ crushed pineapple

Snack:
Andes Creme De Menthe thins (2)

Lunch:
Banana
(I spaced and didnt realize it was 4pm already...so I didnt eat lunch today, but grabbed a banana to hold me over until dinner).

Snack:
Strawberry Sorbet Lemon Protein Shake w/ chia seed

Dinner:
4oz Baked tilapia
1c Cauliflower dirty 'rice'

Snack:
Choc Protein pudding


Exercise:
Stationary bike - 15 minutes (ankle strengthening)
