Happy Friday the 13th. I am so glad it is the end of the week. I am ready for the weekend! My eats and cardio for today are:
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Chocolate Unjury Protein
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: Pure Protein Bar
Snack: Mini Popcorn Bag
Dinner: Southwestern BBQ Chicken Pita Pizza
Snack: Vita Top
Exercise: 1 hour walk in the neighborhood

so happy its Friday. Work is driving me totally insane. I have a 3 day weekend. Im off on Monday to head out to my Nut appt. Hopefully she can shed some light on why Ive been stuck at my weight for a year! not happy! Im not too optimistic. I know how to read labels..but I could be all wrong. Never was able to get my bloodwork done, but I'll pick up a lab slip while Im there and get it done next week.
Good training session last night. Ive been so stressed if I hadnt been at the gym, I would have surely eaten something or had a couple drinks. Since Im off on Monday, I signed up for a training session. So I'll have training from 5:30-6, treadmill from 6-6:30 and bootcamp from 6:30 to 7. Im gonna be hurtin!
Eats for today:
Coffee w/ cream
1/2 banana nut muffin not my best choice today
I have a boneless pork chop, I cant usually eat the whole thing and sauteed peas and onions.
Quest bar
Not sure what hubs is making for dinner.

Last night I was not too hungry so I decided to eat some farmers cheese ... and found out that my cat loves that... had to share.
Today:
coffee+ almond milk
1/3 cup farmers cheese (the cat was out - so I used that to my advantage)
Brazil nuts and sunflower seeds
protein cake.
yogurt with blueberries
protein shake
salad+ meats.
