Good Morning Botts:

Happy Friday the 13th.  I am so glad it is the end of the week.  I am ready for the weekend!  My eats and cardio for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury Protein
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Pure Protein Bar
Snack:  Mini Popcorn Bag
Dinner:  Southwestern BBQ Chicken Pita Pizza
Snack:  Vita Top

Exercise:  1 hour walk in the neighborhood

I have to get my water in today, I've been really bad with that.

 Pre surgery 300 lbs, lowest after 175 lbs, re-gain highest 249 lbs, current 211 lbs, goal 170 lbs!

Good morning and TGIFFFFF!!!!!

so happy its Friday. Work is driving me totally insane. I have a 3 day weekend. Im off on Monday to head out to my Nut appt. Hopefully she can shed some light on why Ive been stuck at my weight for a year! not happy! Im not too optimistic. I know how to read labels..but I could be all wrong. Never was able to get my bloodwork done, but I'll pick up a lab slip while Im there and get it done next week.

Good training session last night. Ive been so stressed if I hadnt been at the gym, I would have surely eaten something or had a couple drinks. Since Im off on Monday, I signed up for a training session. So I'll have training from 5:30-6, treadmill from 6-6:30 and bootcamp from 6:30 to 7. Im gonna be hurtin!

Eats for today:

Coffee w/ cream
1/2 banana nut muffin not my best choice today
I have a boneless pork chop, I cant usually eat the whole thing and sauteed peas and onions.
Quest bar
Not sure what hubs is making for dinner.

Have a great weekend everyone! Supposed to be in the 80s so Im thinking I want to soak up a couple rays :)

Breakfast 1:
hard- boiled egg and herbal tea

Breakfast 2:
Fage Greek Yogurt w/ diced strawberries

Snack:
OMG Almond Joy Protein bar

Lunch:
Subway Club (meat and veggies only, no bun)
Thin wheat sandwich bread (to replace bun)

Snack:
Grapes

Dinner:
Wendy's Grilled chicken wrap

Snack:
Cottage cheese with crushed pineapple


Exercise:
Stationary bike - 30 minutes   (15min in the morning and evening – ankle strengthening)
Crunches - 120
Pushups - 60
Dips - 60
Squats - 120

Fat:  35g
Total Carb: 117g
Net Carb:  104g
Protein:  96g

Getting back on track 10yrs later after a REGAIN of approx 35lbs

Good afternoon everyone,

Today so far:

2 eggs and 2 egg whites
tsp canola oil
slice of wheat italian toast
tsp margarine

2 eggs, 2 egg whites
2 tsp sf cheesecake jello powder
container Oikos plain greek yogurt
1 T miracle whip
Weg. coco pop

lots of coffee w/ff half and half

going to my sister's for dinner, not sure what
she's making

Headache this morning.  I am bit tired of daily headaches. But ... I guess it is what it is.
Last night I was not too hungry so I decided to eat some farmers cheese ... and found out  that my cat loves that...  had to share.

Today:
coffee+ almond milk
1/3 cup farmers cheese (the cat was out - so I used that to my advantage)
Brazil nuts and sunflower seeds 
protein cake.
yogurt with blueberries
protein shake
salad+ meats.
LNS : cheese (if needed)

Evening everyone!  I made it to FRIDAY!!!!

Ok, my eats for the day was:

PreBreakfast:  Water w/Med’s

Breakfast:  Protein Shake

Snack:  Protein Bar/Quest – Lemon

Lunch:  Side salad w/Turkey Sandwich

Snack:  None

Dinner:  4 Turkey Meatballs in Sauce with Steamed Veggies

Snack:  Hi Lo Cereal

Did a 40 minute work out on Wii Active Tennis this morning!
