Hi BOTT'ers
I would love to see what you now use inplace of the stuff that got us back in the over weight boat...

Chips-Pork rinds
Creamer-Almond milk
Ice cream-Carbsmart Ice cream

Just a few of mine, please share yours!!

This is a good one. Some of my changes were because I cant tolerate certain foods and dump or get RH.

Ice cream  I cant tolerate much anymore, but I can do the WW bars. I used to wolf down a pint of B&J no problem.

Milk  to Almond milk, but thankfully I can still do cream or hh in my coffee

Pizza..Oh I miss pizza so much. Havent had "REAL" pizza since maybe Novermber. Now I do cauliflower crust, tortilla or flatbread. Even 'real' pizza I had to do thin crust.

Chips. On ocassion I'll do baked Doritos but I try to do fruit or carrot sticks

Pasta. I'll do Dreamfields brand penne and I dont make the pasta the star of the di****s just a filler to trick my brain into thinking Im having pasta. LOVE, love, love spaghetti squash and I finally have my family on board with this one.

Cakes or pastries. I'll make pumpkin muffins. Family loves them and they are cheap and easy. One can of pumpkin to one box cake mix. From there you can play away.

Mock oatmeal!! I love and miss oatmeal, but I don't eat eggs. I wonder what else I could make mock oatmeal with??

just don't use the eggs...i only add them for protein...i have used the cottage cheese, protein powder,  ricotta, splenda, cinnamon and vanilla ( i blend it a lil to get the cottage cheese a little smother and mix it well
gives me the taste of oatmeal sometimes i do add imitation butter too...just depends on your taste...after you get the "basic mix " you add what ever you want to it....hope this helps U

 Great Post!

I use Joseph's Oat Bran Pita Pockets for all my homemade pizza's that I do.  It makes a great crust at only 60 calories and 5 grams of protein!  I will make taco pizza, southwestern bbq chicken pizza, cheeseburger pizza, steak and cheese from subway will find itself on a pita melting as pizza (saves me about 140 calories).  I tell my family if you dream it, I will make it on a pita!

I also use wonton wraps in muffin tins to do individual cheese lasagnas.  Yummy!  I do a lot of egg omelets with different ingredients in them.

I am a big fan of the Skinny Cow's NSA ice cream sandwiches and of course, the Quest Brownie Protein Bars.

I do a five bean vegetarian chili with morning star crumbles and I love the morning star veggie burger on whole wheat sandwich thins.

I just discovered the Vita Tops and they are awesome and for some crunch I really like to carbsmart crackers from Sam's Club and Just the Cheese Snacks from Netrition and the chocolate chip fudge biscotti from diet direct.

I have a coffee and protein bar that Starbuck's would be proud of or at least Nik would.  I use alot of SF Syrups, PB2 Peanut Butter, frozen fruits and unjury & click protein powders.  I throw it all together in my Ninja blender and out comes a smoothie to proud of or a hot mocha or latte coffee.

These are just a few of my favorites things!
