Good Morning Botts:

Weather is still beautiful here in the South.  My eats and cardio for today.

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury Protein Shake
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Protein Bar
Snack:  Lite Diced Peaches
Dinner:  Sloppy Joe on Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins
Snack:  NSA ice cream sandwich

Exercise:  Walking

Good Morning!

Wow, bootcamp really kicked my butt last night. Im dragging today. Feet are killing me still, but thank goodness for KT tape. was running late this morning so I had to tape my feet when I got to my desk. Feels so much better, like a little massage :) I can really see myself getting better. Ive finally mastered 'mountain climbers' and my burpees are getting better too. I worked so hard last night..to the verge of nausea and I saw a few stars pass by! Definitely a rest day for me. 

I finally got to speak with my nut yesterday. We are going to keep my appointment for Monday and I'll just get my bloodwork after. She said the blood work should have nothing to do with not losing weight. Thats the first time Ive had to disagreee with her.

Anyway. Eats for today:

Huge tub of coffee today
PB&J Quest bar and banana
Pear and WW string cheese
Garden salad and Quest bar
Grilled rosemary chicken breast and sauteed peas and onions
WW Fudge bar

Lots of water today. I didnt get nearly enough in yesterday.

 Good Morning, today is a beautiful day, so I will be out enjoying the sunshine.
Yesterday went well with my eats, I stuck to plan and had an extra protein shake before bed. I weighed in at 151.6 yesterday morning and 149.5 this morning! Yay!
I won't get too excited though it seems like every time I get back down to 147 it bounces back up. 
  
My eats for today will be :
B protein shake
S popcorn crisp cake w/ Tbspn of pb
L protein shake
S popcorn crisp cake w/ Tbspn of pb
D Lean protein and veggies

Can relate to that remark about "seem like"...I see that on my scale too and it bums me out

Weather is nice.   I planned to go to bed earlier last night but that did not work so well.  So again I slept only 6 hrs... Dumb me. But it was good restful deep sleep.  Pushed the snooze button a few times... By the third time - the cat decided that she wants to get up - that also means - I have to get up... (and pet her...she insist) But the snoozing made me late and I am short one meal and hungry...
Repeat to self: feeling hungry is OK. I will not die from it and I can wait to eat when it is time to eat.

Eats:
coffee with coconut milk
protein shake with greens
protein cake
chicken with mushrooms
yogurt with proteins and blueberries (if needed)
Subway salad with meat
quest bar (LNS)

Exercise: walking

Working on being totally honest with myself about every little thing I'm eating, have a bad tendency to "pop" a little bite snack here and there & I know its sabataging my efforts...

Pre-Breakfast  :  turkey & cheese roll
Breakfast  :  protein coffee
Snack  :  ciabatta toasted with fontina & sliced tomatoes
Snack  :  coffee with SF creamer
Lunch  :  turkey & cheese rolls with tomato preserves
Dinner  :  unknown, have a late hairdresser appt  - protein shake? 
Cardio  :  1 mile power walk with son & puppy

The weather has once again turned murky in NorCal.  Oh well...we need the water, right?

Evening BOTTS:

Had a good day to day.  Worked out this morning for 20 minutes.  And just finished a 35 minute Wii Active Tennis this evening.

My eats today was: 

PreBreakfast:  Decaf Coffee w/Med’s

Breakfast:  Fruit Smoothie

Snack:  Protein Bar/Pure Protein

Lunch:  Side Salad w/Seared Pesto Chicken Loins

Snack:  Protein Bar/Pure Protein

Dinner:  Sandwich on 100 cal bread

Snack:  Dannon Lite Yogurt with 2Tbsp of Granola
