Question...does it happen to you?
I am wondering if it happen to anyone one else.
When I work during the day and burn more than 700 calc. I tend to get really hungry in the evening. I do make sure I have 20+ grams of protein after my workout. Which is causing my calc intake to be 1350 plus...should I be concern? Or is it normal because I am burning 3/4 of my daily calc?

Hi Bryant,
You really are still a few short months out of surgery. I think that you're eating more than you should, just my opinion. I would suggest you contact your nutritionist for their advise. Why don't you post what you are eating, maybe we can give you some advice on other alternatives on what you can eat.
Good Luck!

Hey, Tess!
I kind of figured that much. I am really trying to make sure I don't add to many more calc so I found these Meat Sticks today (OS Trim, High Protein Snack...96% Fat Free) from the Vitiam Shop they are 80 calc and has 14 grams of protein...so, if I get the hungry hungry I'll have one of those.
I can actually get in a 30 minute work out in the morning and one at night before I hit the books...
