Saturday, April 7th, Cardio & Cafe

Good Morning Botters:

It is suppose to be a beautiful day here in Mississippi with the high around 76 degrees.  I am still working on a major clean for my house so I will be busy again today.  My eats and cardio for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Turkey & Cheese Rollups
Snack:  Vanilla Protein Pudding
Dinner:  BBQ Chicken Pita Pizza
Snack:  Chocolate Vita Top

Exercise:  with have a stroll around my neighborhood today.

I made a bundt cake and 9 mini bundts last night for a friend of mine.  The minis I made for my family.  I had one mini instead of my vita top last night.  It was delicious and I am proud to say that I was able to stop after just one.  I hope everybody has a successful day and don't forget once again, your vits and fluids.

Good morning Botts:

Well, this morning it nice and sunny but only 42 degrees!

Well, my texts books came yesterday so, I am going to get a two day head start and read the require chapters for the week.

I seems that my doctor wants me to walk 30 minutes everyday, so I am going to head for the gym in a few minutes, hopeing that most are still sleeping so I can get a treadmill!  Still will get in a 30 minute home workout as well today.

Todays eats:
PreBreakfast:  Decaf coffee and med's
Breakfast/Late: Protein Shake
Snack/Maybe:  Fruite Plate: Kiwi, Slice of Pineapple & two or three Strawberries
Lunch/Late: Side Salad and a Onion Beef Burger on 100 cal bread with the works (veggies)
Snack: None (Will be heading to church around 4:30pm)
Dinner: (on the subway heading home) Protein Bar
Snack: None or something simple and no more than 100 cal!

Will I am off, heading to the gym.  Have a great day!

Morning;

Heading to the airport shortly....likely wont post much for the next 10 days....hope the two of you have a good week

B - bagel with creme cheese

s - leftover salad with chicken

l - chick pea salad

d - on flight - beef and veg...( I take this flight often and know the menu!)


All water and coffee....and likely a glass of wine on the flight

Good evening. It is late... but still Saturday. Almost  Easter...
I did a lot of walking today...and food was also good.  I baked banana bread for my BF and decided to make a cake (protein) for me.  Now I do not measure what I add - but just add things until the cake batter looks and taste right.  So there were eggs, egg whites, (liquid and egg white natural protein powder) whey protein powder, pumpkin and bunch of other stuff. The cake turned out nice ...and I wish I measured and wrote down what I did... since there is no way I can repeat that...lol..

We woke up late so I missed one meal. 
eats:
coffee + Almond milk
egg omelet full of meats and veggies, fresh veggies
protein cake
salad with grilled chicken
nuts, more cake..

I already made chocolate covered strawberries.  Hey - it is Easter,, And the chocolate was very dark, (90%) but as I melted it I added stevia (don't tell my BF) so it is semi sweet.. lol.

Saturday, I got up, did some tidying up, then grabbed an apple with PB while I waited for the young lady that does my hair to arrive.

I didnt eat anything else until she left, but because I was already running late just I grabbed another apple with some PB, then ran to do groceries and errands. 
It was after 7pm by the time I wrapped up grocery shopping and I did NOT feel like cooking.  Dinner ended up being summer rolls (shrimp, avocado, etc) that I grabbed from the deli department at the grocery store.  Overall it was a very light day at only 950 calories, 74 net carbs, and 45g protein.

I was a little light on protein overall (mainly due to my crazy Saturday), but my calories and carbs didnt take too bad a hit.
 
Getting back on track 10yrs later after a REGAIN of approx 35lbs
Surgery weight:  277lbs             Goal/maintenance weight: 135lbs
