Good Morning Botts on Good Friday:

I got to sleep in until 7:30 AM Yay!!!  I promised my daughter that we would hang some pictures and put up some crystal display items in the china today.  I have also got to do a major cleaning this weekend on my house, I got an appraiser coming to update an appraisal for the bank so I can get my PS money.  I am getting so excited!!!  My eats and cardio for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Thinking tuna salad
Snack:  Protein Shake
Dinner:  Chili
Snack:  Chocolate Vita Top

Exercise:  No formal exercise today except for the cleaning.

I hope everybody has a great Friday off if you are and a great work day if you aren't.  Please remember to take your vitamins and get your fluids in.

Morning Tess

I see many people eating Quest bars....I will give them a try....I always keep a protein bar ( usually a small Oh Yeah ) in my handbag for emergencies....but I think I am going to try incorporating them into my regular eating schedule

Have had two great eating weeks and I feel so much better both mentally and physically ( down 4.5 pounds in the two weeks).
Heading to Florida tomorrow for a week and am hoping to just keep my weight static as I know I will imbibe with friends and eat out frequently

B - leftover chicken cordon bleu with a few bites of grilled peppers

s - hopefully nothing...if I am hungry will eat two triscuits with one wedge laughing cow

l - out - hopefully some nice fish and veggies

d - 4 oz beef tenderloin.....few bites of mashed....and few bites of grilled veggies

s - mix of blueberries/raspberries with a little Zero vanilla yogurt and a tablespoon of walnuts....YUMM

All water...vits....already into my third decaf coffee...

Congratulations on the 4.5 pound loss.  I love my quest bars.  They fill me up and keep me from other munchies.  I hope you can maintain your loss during your trip to Florida.  I never can but I try to keep my gain to no more than 2 pounds if possible.  Have fun.

Good morning Botts!

It's Friday!  I slept in today and feel great.

Just happen to catch Carrie Wilson on the Doctors this morning and I support her for taken back control even if it was having another surgery to do it.  We all have our own issues that has caused us to comeback here to re-gain control. 

Today, I will do an at home workout with Wii Active Tennis - 30minutes and later this afternoon once the temp raises above the current 41 degree and take an easy walk in my hood (Fort Tryon Park) on the lower level, not ready to climb the hills just yet.

Today eats:
PreBreakfast: Decaf Coffee with Meds
Breakfast/Snack: Fruit Smoothie w/2 scoops of Protein Powder
Lunch: Side Sald with 3oz of Grilled Fish
Snack (If I get hungry/which I didn't have yesterday): Skinny Banana Split
Dinner: Seared Curry Chicken Lettuce Wraps
Snack: (If I get hurgry/Which I didn't yesterday): Vita Top Brownie or Protein Bar

Wasn't it nice to sleep in this morning?  I wished I had seen Carnie this morning.  I applaud her too.  I think everybody has to fight their own demons their own way.  Have a great day.

It was a lovely Friday off.  I didlittle more than watch the first season of True Blood and took a long hot bubble bath.  Bliss!!


Today's info for me:

Breakfast 1:
None

Breakfast 2:
Cottage cheese w/ crushed pineapple

Snack:
OMG Almond Joy Protein bar

Lunch:
Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt w/ crushed pineapple

Snack:
OMG Almond Joy Protein bar

Dinner:
McDonald's cheeseburger
8-10 french fries

Snack:
Air popped popcorn

Exercise:
Stationary bike - 15 minutes (to help strengthen ankle)

Total Carb: 115g
Net Carb: 100g
Fat: 64g

Today is a high day in my calorie/carb cycling but I'm still within my limits (yay me).  I also dropped another pound this week, which makes me very happy.
