Afternoon Ladies
I would like to join you in this daily thread....I already post on my provincial board "What are you eating thread...".....but would like to be here as well with others who are a few years out and trying to lose/maintain
I have gained 29 pounds from my very lowest...right after plastics....and am hoping to take it all off again
I was a smarty-pants with my eating and didnt react to those few pounds I gained when it wasnt a big problem....gained 20 of the 29 the past 6 months for likely the same reasons all of you did...
Tess congrats re the plastics....really finishes the job WLS begins....you might want to get yourself a mans syle t-shirt/muscle shirt to wear after surgery under your binder...prevents chafing...
Also - if you have access to one of those devices that go over your existing toilet to raise it up and with handles on it....really helps..
Sorry - long post....but here are my eats
B - protein shake
s - carrot muffin....yeah I know!...glucose tab an hour later
l - green salad with 4 oz grilled chicken breast
s - pea and ham soup
d - 2 - 3 oz of chicken and a few bites of grilled peppers
All water - decaf coffee and tea and vits
