Happy Hump Day Botts:

We have a rainy morning here today.  I am going to my first PS consult today.  Wish me luck. My eats and cardio today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack:  Pure Chocolate Protein Bar
Lunch:  Something Healthy
Snack:  Turkey & Cheese Rollup
Dinner:  Steak Taco
Snack:  Chocolate Vita Top

Exercise:  If raining, I will skip today

Good morning Botts:

Needless to say I am bored, it's Spring Break for me and was really looking to be visiting family this week, but I am home.  Follow up doctor appt today from everything that happen this past weekend.  So, I'll stop in the craft store on my home today and stop by the produce vender and pickup some fresh berries. 

The temp will climb up to 65 today so if my doctors says it ok I'll take an easy walk this afternoon or early evening.

My planned eats for today:

Breakfast: Fruit Smoothie (w/2 scoops of Protein)
Snack: Protein Bar - Pure Protein/Chewy Choc Chip (only if I get hungry)
Lunch: 1 cup of Leafy Green Salad Mix w/Cucumber and can of Tuna
Snack: Piece of Fruit or Fuit Salad
Dinner: 4oz of Grilled Skirt Steak with Roasted Sweet Potato and serving of Green Veggie
Snack: Not sure something between 100 cal and no more than 200 cal

Good morning! 

YAY Tess! Cant wait to hear all about it. Ive really been researching PS myself. Dont know how Im going to pay for it, but Im full of wishful thinking at the moment.

So, Im not even going to try to act like I didnt just eat something bad. My carpool stops at Dunkin every morning and I only get coffee. Ive been eyeing this new pumpernickel bagel, but the threat of RH and just trying to stay BOT, keeps me from getting it. Well, it got me this morning when I saw that you could get it with Light spinach artichoke cream cheese. Yeah...I got it. and yes, it was good. But, its gone now and now, I have to work twice as hard today....

didnt go jogging last night. My feet have been bothering me, so I taped them up and rested. Im going to go out tonight...especially after that damnned bagel!

Eats for today:

Coffee w/ cream
Friggin bagel
Greek yogurt w/ pb2 and Galaxy Granola
Slice of Arnold double protein bread w/ Skippy Natural and banana
Not sure what the husband is making for dinner

I WILL go out jogging tonight at the park with a little upperbody work in the playground.

Beautiful morning here today... But I slept through it. My cat loved that... she is so cuddly...
Eats: 
quest bar
coffee+ al milk
yogurt+proteins+flax + blueberries
meat and veggies
snack: not sure - either yogurt with stuff or protein bar
soup/stew
fruits. 

Exercise: house cleaning.

Well, its Hump Day but not a happy one.  (Grumble grumble).
I managed to reinjure my ankle.  I was at the doc office for the better part of 3 hours, then an Xray of course.  Nothing is broken thank goodness, but I'm out of commission from the knees down once again.  Sigh....

Today's info for me:

Breakfast 1:
Hard boiled egg
Herbal tea

Breakfast 2:
cottage cheese w/ crushed pineapple
2 tsp Unjury unflavored protein

Snack:
Cucumber slices in balsamic vinegar

Lunch:
Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt
Crushed pineapple
Cheese stick

Snack:
OMG Almond Joy Protein bar

Dinner:
Grilled pork tenderloin
Grilled bell peppers and onions

Snack:
1/2 cup SF Chocolate Fudge Protein Pudding


Totals for Today:
Calories: 894
Protein: 106g
Total Carb: 55g
Net Carb: 48g
Fat: 31g
