 we are due some rain this afternoon and tomorrow so that should settle the weather down some.  It looks like we may skip Spring and move right on to Summer.

It is cool and gloomy here today. 91... not ready for that. 
Lately I have weird dreams every night...it is very interesting but I also get up tired.
The carb monster has me for now, and I still have issue not to have some.. but it is better. Last night I had a small bag of Doritos. I was planning to have only a few chips, but I was at a computer and by the time I looked up - the bag was empty.  I am sure the cat ate only one small piece (or part of it) so I inhaled 27 gr of carbs...
O course I paid for that later. Woke up at 3am starving and had to get food.  grrr... that will teach me...

any way today eats:
coffee + al milk
protein shake
meat + veggies+ salad plate (Mediterranean mix plate - ate 1/2)
protein shake
yogurt with proteins and blueberries
rest of the Mediterranean mix plate + veggies
tripe soup (maybe)

am snack-quest bar
L-carbmaster yogurt, turkey sausage and cheese
D-Chicken breast and veggies
pm snack- carbsmart Icecream
I need to do a shake to get my protein up
