Good Morning Botters:

We seem to be having a heat wave here in Mississppi.  It was 91 degrees at the bank yesterday.  My eats and cardio for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Click Mocha Shake
Snack:  Pure Protein Bar
Dinner:  Meatloaf & Green Beans
Snack:  NSA ice cream sandwich

Exercise:  1 hour walk around the neighborhood

Have a great day and don't forget your vits and fluids..

Good morning! Nice to be back on my regular schedule after a crazy busy week.

91 degrees?! wow. Im so ready for summer, just not for the humidity. My hair hates summer.

So, I officially registered for my very first 5k yesterday! Im really excited and nervous. Set for May 19th.

 Bootcamp was pretty good yesterday. I enjoyed it much better. Usually she has us run in formation outside. Its tough, because some people are runners, while others of us are beginners. Yesterday she had us running just for time not distance. I was able to go at my own pace and wasnt about to pass out. I pushed myself to my own ability. Much better.

Eats for today:

Coffee w/ cream
Pure Protein bar and banana
Greek yogurt w/ PB2 and granola
Leftover 1/4 chicken breast, couscous and steamed veggies
Slice of Arnold Double Protein bread w/ skippy Natural
Not sure about dinner

Going jogging tonight at the park. Will do some upperbody strength training on the playground.

Mary, Good luck...

Well, yesterday started out ok, I felt I had a great interview, close to the end of the interview something happen twice I hope they didn't notice that I just had this wierd feeling and major pressure up my next into my head, I hope I was still smiling between clich teeth and it happen a third time as I was on the subway between 59th & 125th Street.  Was able to make it off the subway and found a police offier to call a EMT.  Spend from 10am Monday moring  to 2am this morning in the ER, lots of test ran, MRI on my brain to rule out blood clots or a stroke.  The doctors don't know what it was. Have to follow up with my doctor tomorrow they want all my levels checked and my diet reviewed so I am just going to rest and let the TV watch me today.  I've lost 4 pounds since my ER visit and Hosptial stay over the weekend.  Haven't been really hungry.

So, right now I'll eat only if I feel lite headed or hungry.

PreBreakfast: Coffee w/Meds
Breakfast: Package of Oatmeal- Quarkers Maple & Brown Sugar
Snack: None
Lunch: Protein Drink (52g of Protein)
Snack: Maybe None
Dinner: 4oz of Shrimp Seared with 1/2 Cup of Green Veggies & Roasted Chucks of Sweet Potato
Snack: Maybe None

Well my protein will be low so I may just cut one of my protein bars in half and half of for my snacks so I can get up to 96P for the day.

Thanks Tess. 

Thank you all for being concern.  I think it just wasn't the right time to travel to Wisconsin on vacation since these past few days has had me rebook and cancel my flight twice.  I hope to make it home for Mothers Day or my Mom's birthday in July.

I have to admit yesterday was the only time ever I got scared.  I am feeling ok today, just moving a little slower.

Since we are able to rule out stroke and any blood clots in the brain or neck.  One doctor believe my diet needs to be looked at and it could have been since Thursday I know I didn't get any where near 800 calc or even 96 grams of protein because the food they brought me in the hospital was dinner rolls, sandwichs on heavy sliced bread and stuffed pasta and rice.  So, I only ate the protein out of the meals and the veggies.

So, my blood suger may have drop.  So, today I need to make sure I hit 96 grams of proteins, etc.
and adding in some vitiams I seem to be lacking.

Congrats on signing up for your 5k!  That's going to be such an accomplishment when you cross that finish line.

Bryant...I really hope they find out what's going on.  That's got to be an incredibly scary feeling.

4oz herbal tea

1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup crushed pineapple
2 tsp Unjury unflavored protein

Snack:
1/2 cup cucumber slices
1.5oz grilled chicken breast

Lunch:
1/2 cup tuna
1 slice zero carb-hi protein flaxseed bread
1 cheese stick
1/2 cup cucumber slices

Snack:
Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup crushed pineapple
2tsp Unjury Unflavored protein

Dinner:
1 grilled chicken breast
lettuce
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Snack:
1/2 cup SF Chocolate Fudge Protein Pudding

Exercise:
Treadmill - 45 minutes
Situps - 148
Pushups - 64
Dips - 80
Squats - 168

Protein: 130g
Total Carb: 53g
Net Carb: 48g
Fat: 23g

91 Degrees, WOW!  Our weather is still very up and down, 75 degrees on Saturday, then snow Sunday night and Monday morning, sitting around 50 today.

Been crazy with work and renovating the house, hope life slows down soon.

Eats today:

B-Eggs w/ham and cheese
S-Dry roasted edamame
L-Chef salad
S-Quest bar
D-Roast beef wrap, cauliflower w/hummus

1304 Calories, 66 Carbs (36 Net), 72 Fat, 117 Protein

Cardio:

Walk the dogs after work and painting, laying floors.
