Good Sunday Morning Botts:

Well my lovely Anniversary Dinner ended with me dumping....What a crap shoot.  Then this morning, my husband did not sleep well worrying over me and woke up with a migraine.  We stayed at a great hotel in a beautiful suite.  So wasted on us.  So here I am on the computer blogging feeling old and sad and dissappointed....I guess we will try again next year....

My eats and cardio for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee
Breakfast:  1 egg, 1 sausage link
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Protein Shake
Snack:  Cheese & Crackers
Dinner:  Something on a Pita
Snack:  NSA ice cream sandwich

Tess, sorry to hear your anniversary didn't go so well.  It's still the weekend...

Well, I woke up this morning feeling better than I did Thursday...I took a short stroll this morning 40 minutes and feeling good (almost normal).  (I let a older man with a cane out walk me this morning)  :-O

Today my eats will be back to normal:

PreBreakfast: Coffee with my med's
Breakfast: Lite Protein Shake (1 scoop) with a half tsp of SF pudding each (Choc. & Banana)
Snack: Protein Bar - Pure Protein - Choc. Peanut Butter
Lunch: Fruit Smoothie (2 scoops of protein)
Snack: Cheese Stick & Turkey Bites
Dinner: Roasted Mini Sweet Potato with 1/2 cup of veggies and Stuffed Clam
Snack: Vita Top - Muffin Top

Happy Anniversary and sorry to hear it didnt go quite as planned.  Ultimately, you were each with the one you love, so there's always that silver lining.

Today is a lovely Sunday, in weather and plans.  We're off to the local winery for an event.  I actually planned ahead so that my calories and carbs would still fall within my range for the day.

Today's info for me:

Breakfast 1:
None

Breakfast 2:
Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup crushed pineapple

Snack:
Wine tasting event - 10oz wine
A few of bites of beef braised in wine  (yummmmmm)

Lunch:
1/2 cup Cottage cheese
1/4 crushed pineapple

Snack:
1/2 cup cucumber slices
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Dinner:
1 grilled chicken breast
1 slice Zero Carb-High Protein Flaxseed Bread
1/2 baked sweet potato

Snack:
1/2 cup SF Chocolate Fudge Protein Pudding

Exercise:
Treadmill - 30 minutes
Additional meandering around the winery grounds/event
Leg lifts - 15
Side Crunches - 40  (20 per side)
