Saturday, March 31th, Cardio & Cafe

Morning Botts:

It is my anniversary today.  29 years and holding strong!  My hubby reserved us a room at one of our favorite hotels and is taking me out to dinner tonight!  I love my husband!  My eats and cardiio for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Oatmeal
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Grilled Chicken Salad
Snack:  Vitatop Muffin
Dinner:  Somewhere awesome!
Snack:  Protein Bar

Exercise:  Nothing Plan

I have a wonderful day, I plan to.  Don't forget your vits and fluids.

Afternoon Botts:

Tess Happy Anniversary to you. 

Well, I spent the last two days in the hosptial.   My INR was low and I did develope a clot in my left calf.  Warning signs for me was the pain I had in my shoulder and slight pressure on my chest.  They have me back on the Lovenox shots and I have to follow up with my Doctor on Monday, I may still be able to fly home mid week to visit family.  It was best that I had gone to the ER if I had taken my flight yesterday, no one knows what whould have happen mid-flight.  I am doing OK, just took a shot of codeine so I should napping in an hour or so. 

No working out until I feel up to it and I have to move back into it slowly.  No 2.5 miles until the pressure is completely off my chest. 

So what have I eatten today:

Hospital/Breakfast: 1 small Turkey pattie, 3oz of orange juice and a 4oz yogurt (lite)
Lunch: a hand full of trail mix while I waited for my scripts to be filled
Snack: Coffee
Snack later: Fruit Smoothie
Dinner:  Protein Bar
Snack: Protein Shake or Bar

It rainy here now so, I am going to grab my electric blanket and crash on the sofa and have the TV watch me for a while.
