Good Friday Morning Botts:

I woke up to rain and thunderstorms this morning.  Temperature is still suppose to be in the 80's today though.  My eats and cardio for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack:  Quest Peanut Butter Chocolate Bar
Lunch:  Pure Protein Peanut Butter Bar
Snack:  Peaches
Dinner:  Roast Beef Sandwich
Snack:  Vita Top Muffin

Exercise:  Going to my daughter's to help her unpack her kitchen

Have a great day and don't forget your vits and fluids.  Got my labs back yesterday and I am rockin them!  All my numbers were great!

Yippy its Friday!!!!!  I can barely wait to start my weekend.  We dont really have anything planned, but at least it'll be on our own schedule and not someone else's!

Today's menu:
Breakfast 1- 6am
Hard boiled egg
4oz herbal tea

Breakfast 2 - 9am
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup crushed pineapple

Snack - 12:00pm
1oz Beef Jerky

Lunch - 1:30pm
Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup crushed pineapple

Snack - 4:30pm
1/4cup Egg salad
3 Zero Carb Flaxseed crackers (homemade)

Dinner - 7:30pm
Wendy's Ultimate Chicken Grill Sandwich
6oz Heineken

Snack - 9pm
1/4 cup tuna
3 Zero Carb Flaxseed crackers (homemade)

Exercise
Treadmill - 45 minutes

I'm happy that the scale has started moving with a vengeance.  I'm down 2.2 pounds so far this week (after a month of basically no loss).  I'm getting in a minimum of 64oz of water (finally!!!!) and I'm actively stuffing in protein wherever I can.
Getting back on track 10yrs later after a REGAIN of approx 35lbs
Surgery weight:  277lbs             Goal/maintenance weight: 135lbs

Morning everyone! I'd love to say TGIF, but I have to work some pretty strange hours over the weekend. Late tonight, then back at work at 4am tomorrow....Not happy, but its a huge project for me and I'll look pretty good if I can pull this off.

I did get out and run last night. Walked/jogged. Not for speed or alot of pushing, just trying to get into it. We were at a play ground with my niece and her daughter, so we got some play time and I did some dips, steps, pushups...whatever I could find. I had a great time. Even got on the swings for a little while. THAT was FUN! I dont remember the last time I got to swing on a swingset :)

My eats are really off. I stopped at Dunkin this morning, as I do everyday with my carpool. I was alone today and I ordered a sandwich since it was going to be a long day. I shouldht have, but as fate would have it, it was the wrong sandwich. Something greasy on a croissant. I knew that would make me sick so In the tra**** went. I had a protein bar instead.

Oh, and my weigh in today...I stayed the same.

Eats as I know them so far:

Coffee w/ cream
Pure Protein Bar
Roast turkey, green beans and fruit for lunch
Greek yogurt
another protein bar while Im waiting around at work. THIS is the hard part. working late and being off a usual schedule.
Husband is making stuffed peppers for dinner

Good morning and Happy Friday to everyone.  Love that it is Friday, payday and we are in for some goregous weather tomorrow. 

Going to paint walls & ceilings tonight, play outdoors tomorrow (getting the 4-wheelers out for the first time this year) and start laying our new hardwood floors on Sunday. We have been in the process of remodeling the middle floor of our house for some time and I am happy to see if finally coming together, can't wait for it to be done.

Food for today:

B-Low carb waffle w/sf syrup & almond butter, turkey bacon
S-Just the cheese chips
L-Tacos
S-Quest bar
D-Low carb pizza

Cardio:

No real cardio, just painting, painting, painting tonight.
